Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Delays & Customs
We aim for on-time delivery, but delays can occasionally occur due to courier schedules, weather, or customs inspections.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
