Delivery times can occasionally be affected by courier schedules, weather or customs inspections. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. For lost parcels, get in touch and we'll investigate with the courier.

Before you start, push back cuticles, lightly buff the nail surface and wipe with alcohol so the surface is clean and dry. Apply a thin layer of base and cure for 90 seconds. Build your gel in thin layers rather than one thick coat, curing each layer for 90 seconds. Finish with top coat and cure for 90 seconds.

To remove, gently file the top layer, soak in acetone for 10 to 15 minutes and lift softly with a cuticle pusher. Never peel or force the gel off, as this pulls layers from the natural nail.

Store your gels upright, away from direct sunlight, with lids closed tightly.
